Definition: The mathematical analysis of perceived anomalies as temporal frame drops within a simulated reality, using digital signal processing constraints to define the boundaries of space-time resolution. A speculative concept suggesting that the universe may be a simulation, and that the “refresh rate” of this simulation could vary – perhaps in response to observation, consciousness, or other factors – and that such variance could explain quantum indeterminacy or anomalous phenomena.
