Definition: The algebraic formulation of collective human behavior as a unified quantum wave-state, utilizing superconductivity metrics to claim that localized mental synchronization alters regional environmental probability variables. A term used across speculative physics and consciousness studies to suggest that there exists a unified, underlying field – often cosmic or global – that connects all individual systems, minds, or particles, and that this field can be tapped into, measured, or influenced.

The Masking Mechanism: The mask borrows the legitimacy of quantum field theory and classical field physics – where fields like the electromagnetic field are real, measurable, and mathematically precise—and applies the same language to speculative or metaphysical domains. The word “collective” suggests something emergent and measurable, but the term is rarely defined operationally. It is a semantic bridge between legitimate physics and metaphysical longing.

Schrodinger-Newton System Equations. This term circulates heavily in global-peace meditation groups. They claim that if a large group of people meditate at the same time, they create a physical wave field that can drop global crime rates. They build highly sophisticated wave-function coupling equations to show that human minds can merge into a single “macroscopic quantum state”, using superconductivity math to shield a spiritual ideal from scientific dismissal.

Genuine Parallel: There are legitimate “collective field” phenomena in physics and biology: the electromagnetic field, the Higgs field, or even morphic fields (though the latter is itself contested), Quantum Coherence and Josephson Junction array calculations. The mimicry lies in extending these concepts to domains like group consciousness or universal information fields without empirical grounding.
