…it shouldn’t be denied, a very “strange” situation about the Balkan Transitional Justice – while Kosovo\u2019s ex-President Hashim Thaci, together with former Kosovo parliament Speakers Kadri Veseli and Jakup Krasniqi, and former MP Rexhep Selimi, are accused of committing crimes against humanity during the Kosovo conflict in the late 1990s (they have been in detention in The Hague since November 2020 and have all pleaded not guilty) – the European Parliament wasn’t “impressed” with the funeral in Belgrade (for the convicted war criminal Ratko Mladic – by the EU-officials, it was called a “disturbing” funeral, it was especially disturbing to see Serbian ministers, state officials and military representatives alongside leaders and politicians from Republika Srpska, attend the funeral and publicly honour a WAR CRIMINAL), and thus EU officials say Serbia is failing TO RESPECT EUROPEAN VALUES, cause it honors WAR CRIMINALS – in the meantime, a Croatian court has handed a suspended PRISON SENTENCE to a Bosnian national found guilty of glorifying the late convicted war criminal Ratko Mladic, so WHO’s more just and right here, KOSOVAN Specialised Justice, CROATIAN Justice, SERBIAN Justice or KOSOVAN Innocence : (
