Edhe pse ideja p\u00ebr &#8220;autobahn&#8221; qe konceptuar n\u00eb fund t\u00eb viteve &#8217;20 (dmth. t\u00eb fillimshekullit XX, gjat\u00eb Republik\u00ebs Weimar), nd\u00ebrtimi pati vajtur ngadal\u00eb, p\u00ebr arsye t\u00eb problemeve ekonomike dhe t\u00eb munges\u00ebs s\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetjes politike.<\/p>\n<p>Menj\u00ebher\u00eb pas ardhjes s\u00eb nazist\u00ebve n\u00eb pushtet, n\u00eb vitin 1933, thuhet se Hitleri e pati p\u00ebrkrahur projektin ambicioz &#8220;Autobahn&#8221;. Nga njoh\u00ebsit e k\u00ebtyre \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve t\u00eb historis\u00eb thuhet se autostradat nuk qen\u00eb menduar si infrastruktur\u00eb ushtarake, si\u00e7 shpesh deklarohet, sepse t\u00eb gjitha transportet e m\u00ebdha ushtarake n\u00eb Gjermani qenkan b\u00ebr\u00eb p\u00ebrmes hekurudh\u00ebs (p\u00ebr t\u00eb kursyer karburantet). Sidoqoft\u00eb, nga 1933 e deri n\u00eb vitin 1941 kryq e t\u00ebrthuer Gjermanis\u00eb qenkan nd\u00ebrtuar rreth 3800 km autostrada.<\/p>\n<p>Nga ana tjet\u00ebr, e qart\u00eb q\u00eb gjith\u00e7ka p\u00ebrdorej p\u00ebr q\u00ebllimet politike, nj\u00ebjt\u00eb si\u00e7 b\u00ebhet dhe sot e k\u00ebsaj dite. Sipas infove, Ministria Gjermane e Propagand\u00ebs e pati kthyer &#8220;Autobahn&#8221; n\u00eb buj\u00eb aq t\u00eb madhe mediatike, dhe pati t\u00ebrhequr v\u00ebmendjen gjithandej n\u00ebp\u00ebr bot\u00eb. Asfare, madje kam p\u00ebrshtypjen, Tha\u00e7i nuk pushon as sot e k\u00ebsaj dite me kacagjelosjet e me mburrjet politike lidhur me &#8220;kosovarische autobahn&#8221;.<br \/>\nP\u00ebr Berish\u00ebn s&#8217;jam aq i sigurt (sepse Shqip\u00ebria ka tashm\u00eb 100 e kusur vjet si shtet, p\u00ebr shum\u00eb gj\u00ebra Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe i ka hije \ud83d\ude42 por mendoj se Tha\u00e7i duhej ta kishte par\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb video p\u00ebrpara se t\u00eb mburrej p\u00ebr autostrad\u00ebn e vet. Jo se ai n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb pati m\u00ebsuar p\u00ebr t&#8217;u b\u00ebr\u00eb historian, dhe se nga video 100-vje\u00e7are do nxirte ndonj\u00eb leksion, por p\u00ebr ta &#8220;k\u00ebndellur&#8221; veten se 100 vjet pas mrekullis\u00eb &#8220;autobahn&#8221; ndoshta nuk &#8220;shitet&#8221; n\u00eb historin\u00eb kosovare (n\u00eb at\u00eb shqiptare hi\u00e7 se hi\u00e7) t\u00eb mburresh aq shum\u00eb&#8230; ! Gjith\u00eb at\u00eb poter\u00eb me tupanash e surlash reklamatike! Ehuuuu thua se autostrad\u00ebn e pati nd\u00ebrtuar me parat\u00eb nga xhepi i vet, thua se pati &#8220;harruar&#8221; q\u00eb autostradat nd\u00ebrtohen me parat\u00eb e popullit.<\/p>\n<p>Mir\u00ebpo eh, \u00e7&#8217;t\u00eb b\u00ebhet, si duket gjith\u00eb politikan\u00ebt &#8220;harruakan&#8221;, k\u00ebshtu ishte para 100 viteve dhe p\u00ebr fat t\u00eb keq akoma s&#8217;ka ndryshuar gj\u00eb. Disa politikan\u00eb p\u00ebrhumben dhe fluturojn\u00eb n\u00eb qiellin e ambicjeve &#8220;historike&#8221;, dhe apo \/ ndoshta t\u00eb idealeve personale megalomane, krijohet p\u00ebrshtypja sikur populli duhet t&#8217;jet\u00eb n\u00eb &#8220;sh\u00ebrbim&#8221; t\u00eb tyre q\u00eb ata si politikan\u00eb t\u00eb ngelin t\u00eb pavdeksh\u00ebm n\u00eb &#8220;histori&#8221;. Ka ngapak dallim dhe mes politikan\u00ebve, kuptohet. Bie fjala Berisha nuk e pati fshehur, ai e pati th\u00ebn\u00eb tro\u00e7 e shqip se frym\u00ebzimi i tij vjen nga d\u00ebshira q\u00eb t&#8217;jet\u00eb historikisht i pavdeksh\u00ebm : ) Dhe s&#8217;b\u00ebj shaka, e kam d\u00ebgjuar me vet\u00eb vesh\u00ebt e mi, t\u00eb cil\u00ebve iu besoj shum\u00eb&#8230; sepse deri sot kurr\u00eb s&#8217;m\u00eb kan\u00eb g\u00ebnjyer. Rishtas pra e qart\u00eb q\u00eb nuk jam asfare i shurdh\u00ebr, s&#8217;ka njeriu si t&#8217;jet\u00eb dhe po t\u00eb donte. Cilido vesh i taposur i Evrop\u00ebs qe hapur nga buja dhe euforia ballkanike e &#8220;autostradave moderne&#8221;. Natyrisht, pa qen\u00eb as un\u00eb &#8220;p\u00ebrjashtim&#8221;, pse kush na qenkam un\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb mbetesha i shurdh\u00ebr!<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; &#8211; &#8211; [ <strong>kishte ca komente dikur, n\u00eb v. 2014&#8230; dhe n\u00eb kontekst t\u00eb komenteve, si p\u00ebrgjigje pata shtuar si vijon<\/strong> ] &#8211; &#8211; &#8211;<\/p>\n<p>Natyrisht, nuk duhet &#8220;n\u00ebnvler\u00ebsuar&#8221; kualiteti i pun\u00ebs gjermane (as at\u00ebher\u00eb por as sot e k\u00ebsaj dite), p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb arritje e madhe q\u00eb ta nd\u00ebrtonte dhe 1 autostrad\u00eb t\u00eb vetme (dmth. p\u00ebr &#8220;sherr t\u00eb historis\u00eb&#8221;, p\u00ebr shkak te izolimit e ngecjes ekonomike. Lidhur me projektin e autoudh\u00ebs n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri v\u00ebrtet gjith\u00e7ka ishte strikt e akorduar me buxhetin, mendoj &#8211; nuk duhet ankuar p\u00ebr aspektin e cil\u00ebsis\u00eb. Kur \u00ebsht\u00eb fjala p\u00ebr projekte t\u00eb medha (qofshin dhe infrastrukturore) &#8220;kohet e dekadat jan\u00eb t\u00eb lidhura&#8221;, n\u00ebse t\u00eb mendonim se &#8220;stagnimi&#8221; i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb per 50 vite s&#8217;luan ndonj\u00eb rol, dhe se Shqip\u00ebria p\u00ebr 2 dekada nga &#8220;zero&#8221; e fuqis\u00eb ekonomike, pa &#8220;themel&#8221; t\u00eb mir\u00ebfillt\u00eb ekonomik t\u00eb shtyhet me &#8220;lokomotiven&#8221; ekonomike t\u00eb Evropes&#8230; at\u00ebher\u00eb s&#8217;ia vlen, do ngeleshim t\u00eb pik\u00eblluar. N\u00ebse themi se n\u00eb vend t\u00eb 150 km t&#8217;ishin b\u00ebr\u00eb 80 km autostrad\u00eb, at\u00ebher\u00eb padyshim do ishte m\u00eb kualitative&#8230; kjo q\u00ebndron. Mir\u00ebpo prap\u00eb, bie fjala deri n\u00eb Fier qe kryer pastaj duhej n\u00ebp\u00ebr gropa e n\u00ebp\u00ebr nj\u00eb magjistrale &#8220;mozomokeq&#8221; deri n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb, af\u00ebrmendsh edhe ky kontrast aspak i k\u00ebndsh\u00ebm!<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb shekull m\u00eb par\u00eb, n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb askush s&#8217;i kishte autostradat ashtu t\u00eb avancuara, askush s&#8217;mund t\u00eb shtyhej me gjerman\u00ebt, as vet\u00eb Amerika. Psh. n\u00eb vitin 1932 kur qe inauguruar seksioni i par\u00eb, ishte distanc\u00eb prej vet\u00ebm pak m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 30 km (autostrad\u00eb q\u00eb lidhte K\u00eblnin dhe Bonin), por ishte teknologjia m\u00eb e avancuar e bot\u00ebs, dhe n\u00eb koh\u00eblinj\u00ebn e historis\u00eb konsiderohet si super-autostrada e par\u00eb e bot\u00ebs.
