1 – N\u00eb Zvic\u00ebr shumica e sh\u00ebrbimeve p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb nj\u00eb tarif\u00eb p\u00ebr “sh\u00ebrbimin”, i shtohet totalit n\u00eb llogaritmikat e fatures, kjo do t’thot\u00eb konsumatori s’e ka n\u00eb “nd\u00ebrgjegje rregull\u00ebn obligative” p\u00ebr t’dh\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb shum\u00eb shtes\u00eb (bakshish). Gjithashtu, shumica e pun\u00ebtor\u00ebve zviceran\u00eb kan\u00eb t\u00eb ardhura t\u00eb larta (ndodh\u00eb kamarier\u00ebt zviceran\u00eb fitojn\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se ju!), paga minimale e zviceran\u00ebve \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e lart\u00eb sesa n\u00eb vende t\u00eb tjera.<\/p>\n

2 – N\u00eb ShBA bakshishet llogariten gjithmon\u00eb si p\u00ebrqindje e fatur\u00ebs, madje para taks\u00ebs p\u00ebr shtetin, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb bakshishet jan\u00eb pjes\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme e kultur\u00ebs amerikane. N\u00eb industrin\u00eb e sh\u00ebrbimeve pun\u00ebtor\u00ebt amerikan\u00eb paguhen n\u00ebn pag\u00ebn minimale, pra ata jan\u00eb t\u00eb varur nga bakshishet si pjes\u00eb e madhe e t\u00eb ardhurave t\u00eb tyre.
\nZakonisht duhet ndjekur k\u00ebto rregulla: 10% n\u00ebse i pak\u00ebnaqur me sh\u00ebrbimin, 15% n\u00ebse sh\u00ebrbimi ishte n\u00eb rregull, 20% p\u00ebr sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb shk\u00eblqyer, 25% p\u00ebr sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonsh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n

[…in USA you “have” to tip at least an amount of 10% even if you were unsatisfied with the service, that’s just “crazy” enough – though making it “mandatory” via the laws (like in Switzerland, or partialy in France, or elsewhere ) it looks not so “ugly” but in fact (perhaps) it’s even uglier, the state is “taking” money from citizens kinda in a “polite manner”, the consumers pay VAT-taxes (Value Added Tax) and you still find a way to “silently” steal their money – that’s so “ugly”, no state on Earth should do that, even Switzerland shouldn’t do that \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

1 – In Switzerland most services include a “service” charge in the bill, which means that there is no obligation for you to tip an additional amount. Also, most Swiss workers make a high capita income (which means they are often earning more than you!) and the minimum wage is higher than in other countries.<\/p>\n

2 – In America tips are always calculated as a percentage of the bill before tax, so tipping is an important part of the American culture. People in the service industry are typically paid below minimum wage so they rely on tips as a large part of their income. It usually follows these rules: 10% if you were unsatisfied, 15% if it was ok, 20% for excellent service, 25% for outstanding service.<\/p>\n
