Apo ndoshta kur \u00ebsht\u00eb fjala p\u00ebr aplikim nga 15-16 shtete dhe lloj-lloj pretendimesh rreth origjinalitetit, s&#8217;do jet\u00eb aq e leht\u00eb t&#8217;merren vendime, padyshim puna do jet\u00eb m\u00eb &#8220;komplekse&#8221; dhe p\u00ebr ekspert\u00ebt e UNESCO&#8230; prandaj : )<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb grumbull shtetesh, 16 shtete arabe pat\u00ebn aplikuar (si aplikant\u00eb shumkomb\u00ebtar), Arabia Saudite, Algjeria, Bahreini, Egjipti, Iraku, Jordania, Kuvajti, Libani, Mauritania, Maroku, Omani, Palestina, Sudani, Tunizia, Emiratet e Bashkuara Arabe dhe Jemeni.<br \/>\nSi n\u00ebnkoncept i Artit Grafik, tek &#8220;Listat e Trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb Kulturore&#8221; UNESCO e ka t\u00eb renditur &#8220;konceptin kaligrafik&#8221;. N\u00eb list\u00ebn e tyre figuron se jan\u00eb regjistruar 12 kaligrafi t\u00eb ndryshme; nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera kaligrafia mongoleze, Husn-i Hat (kaligrafia tradicionale turke si art islamik), arti kinez i gdhendjes s\u00eb vulave, kaligrafia kineze, arti i &#8220;batikut&#8221; indonezian etj.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<strong>Kaligrafia arabe \u00ebsht\u00eb praktik\u00eb artistike e dor\u00ebshkrimit t\u00eb shkronjave arabe n\u00eb nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb rrjedhshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrcjell\u00eb harmonin\u00eb, hirin dhe bukurin\u00eb.&#8221; &#8211; thuhet n\u00eb shpjegimin e UNESCO. &#8220;N\u00eb praktik\u00ebn kaligrafike, e cila mund t\u00eb transmetohet p\u00ebrmes edukimit formal dhe joformal, p\u00ebrdoren 28 shkronjat e alfabetit arab, t\u00eb shkruara n\u00eb kursiv (pjerr\u00ebt), nga e djathta n\u00eb t\u00eb majt\u00eb. Fillimisht si synim p\u00ebr ta b\u00ebr\u00eb shkrimin t\u00eb qart\u00eb dhe t\u00eb lexuesh\u00ebm, kaligrafia gradualisht u b\u00eb nj\u00eb art islamik p\u00ebr veprat tradicionale dhe moderne. Rrjedhshm\u00ebria e shkrimit arab ofron mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb pafundme, madje dhe brenda nj\u00eb fjale t\u00eb vetme. Pasi shkronjat mund t&#8217;shtrihen dhe transformohen n\u00eb m\u00ebnyra t\u00eb shumta p\u00ebr t\u00eb krijuar motive t\u00eb ndryshme. Teknikat tradicionale p\u00ebrdorin materiale t\u00eb natyrshme, t\u00eb tilla si kallami dhe bambuja p\u00ebr instrumentin e shkrimit. P\u00ebr boj\u00eb p\u00ebrdoret nj\u00eb p\u00ebrzierje e mjaltit, bloz\u00ebs s\u00eb zez\u00eb dhe shafranit. Nd\u00ebrsa letra punohet me dor\u00eb dhe trajtohet me niseshte, t\u00eb bardh\u00ebn e vez\u00ebs dhe me shap. Kaligrafia moderne zakonisht p\u00ebrdor boj\u00ebra sintetike, ngjyrat sp\u00ebrkat\u00ebse (spray) p\u00ebrdoren p\u00ebr kaligrafit\u00eb n\u00eb mure, tabela dhe nd\u00ebrtesa. Artizan\u00ebt dhe dizajner\u00ebt e p\u00ebrdorin kaligrafin\u00eb edhe p\u00ebr p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsime artistike, si psh. n\u00eb gdhendurinat e mermerit, drurit, metaleve. Kaligrafia arabe \u00ebsht\u00eb e p\u00ebrhapur n\u00eb vendet arabe dhe joarabe, praktikohet nga burra dhe gra t\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha moshave.
