Misja Helsloot

Misja Helsloot, born 1973, in Rotterdam, is a Dutch DJ and music producer known for his work in the trance and progressive music genres. He has been active since the early 1990s and is recognized for his contributions to the electronic dance music scene, including his albums and collaborations with other artists.

In 1998 Misja became friends with DJ Tiësto, who helped him mix his album "In Trance We Trust 001". In 1999 launched his first record label, C4, releasing "The Creation - Day One." In 2001 co-founded Gesture Music, releasing his first production "Misja Helsloot - First Second".

Misja Helsloot has played at significant events like Trance Energy and Dance Valley, he gained recognition in Europe and internationally, performing in locations from Tel Aviv to Miami. In 2022, he collaborated with Dutch producer Michael de Kooker to form a side project named Helsløwed, continuing to innovate within the trance music scene.
