Carlos Quevedo is a Venezuelan graphic artist. His art comes to life as an arrangement of photomanipulation and digital painting, he says it’s a complex process. By merging photography, painting and 3D elements together he creates illustrations of “ethereal environments and surreal characters, a beautiful fantasy world filled with the spiritual, the mystical and the magical”.
