Youtube is so unfair to us, users – update, June 2, 2025 – Content Deleted (25 videos, on June 2, 2025, except 1 video, which was posted as a tribute to Jan Hammer’s music)
I refuse to “accept” Youtube’s corrupted “algorithmic policies”. Youtube PROMOTES and REWARDS the use of misleading thumbnails, headlines, and descriptions to entice viewers to click on a video. They support “manipulative clickbait techniques” cause they have to keep their “earning-machine” running.
Youtube has become like a polluted ocean, a big toxic ocean full of fake “news”, conspiracy theories and pseudo-science videos. All of such videos get millions of clicks… but they ISOLATE our innocent videos, cause we don’t use “clickbaits” to increase their trafic.
I was wondering why not say fairly to us (users) – stop wasting your time, your subscription is just a bait, we’re good at designing “baits” and clickbaits, we’re champions, we’re even billionaires : (

Funny Compilation – This isn’t a CLICKBAIT, we are using AI tools (the purpose of this video) but the issue is real – lately, the use of AI to generate fake “news” and toxic content has increased considerably.
Youtube clickbait techniques refer to the use of misleading thumbnails, headlines, and descriptions to entice viewers to click on a video. While some clickbait techniques (by some people) may be viewed as harmless marketing strategies, all of such “techniques” are manipulative and unethical. Clickbait videos can have misleading content too, such videos not only “pollute the mind” of people and damage our democracy, but also are polluting our planet.
Youtube has become like a polluted ocean, a big toxic ocean full of fake “news”, conspiracy theories and pseudo-science videos. To keep it running electricity is needed, energy consumed by Youtube is enormous.
According to Swedish KTH Royal Institute of Technology, in 2019 the internet used 10% of the total electricity consumption worldwide. Youtube was the 3rd biggest global internet bandwidth eater or generator. Youtube generated about 1.8 trillion annual video views, about 11.4% of global internet traffic was consumed by Youtube. Already in 2019, Youtube used about 243.6 TWh of electricity. And thus, this data is 5-6 years “old”, now Youtube probably is a giant “electricity” monster.
