…inspired (as a weak memory) from “Life Is Life”, Opus, 1984, read somewhere it was even European nr. 1 hit in 1985, a song which says only “life is life” : ) anyways it was a wonderful dancing melody, it is said that the song celebrated the euphoric power of collective unity and shared experience, as if the song captured that electric moment when individual boundaries dissolve and everyone becomes part of something larger than themselves – so, life is life, what a wonder, a young woman wakes up in the morning and realizes work is waiting, la la, la la la, I’m still here, life goes on, she will enjoy the day, for sure, although as if she could sleep just a bit longer : ) |
